Alexandra Hetherington Breckenridge is an American actress. Her acting career began with supporting roles in the teen comedy films Big Fat Liar (2002, 2006) and She's the Man (2006). Later, she played the role of reporter Willa McPherson on the series of FX Dirt. Also, she played an appearance as a support character on FX's short-lived show The Ex List. She was Kaylee an infant Moira in the first season of FX's American Horror Story. She was Jessie Anderson on AMC's The Walking Dead as well as Sophie on the NBC series This Is Us. She also voiced several characters in Family Guy's animated comedy. She is currently the voice of Melinda "Mel" Monroe in Netflix's series Virgin River. Breckenridge was born in Darien in Connecticut. She relocated to California with her mother when she was of 10. They moved around for one year before eventually moving to Mill Valley. Breckenridge began to be interested in singing, acting and photography at 13. She relocated to Los Angeles with her mother when she was 15 years old, to pursue a career in acting.
