Kelly Michelle Stables is a St. Louis Missouri native who was a part of The Muny Opera. The University of Missouri Columbia awarded her a BA (with the highest distinction) in Theater and Communication. When she moved out of Missouri and into Los Angeles in 2004, she became involved in the theatre arts. This included acting as well as directing in over 20 musicals. The productions included The Little Foxes Brady Bunch : The Musical Peter Pan as part of The Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera. As she continued to learn improvisation in The Groundlings and becoming a part of the company at Theatre West Kelly also started finding roles on TV and in film. Her distinctive voice and small size has enabled her to play a variety of characters. The most famous character she has played is Naomi Watts's scheming Samara in The Ring 2, but her most famous role was as the cheerful receptionist in Two and a Half Men. From 2011 to 2015 Kelly was a paralegal during the day and a party night hopper as a Series regular for the TV Land sitcom The Exes. The show also featured her as an Regular as the sassy, sexpert little sister to Alyssa Milano in ABC's Romantically Challenged as well as the suburban mom who was stressed in the The CW's No Tomorrow. Her singing soprano has been lent to several animated cartoons like Doc McStuffins Tom & Jerry Sofia the First. The most recent time she was seen in NBC's smash comedy Superstore as the dim however charming Cloud 9 worker. She's married to two young kids and has a peaceful home. She loves to write or sew as well as volunteer in the schools.
